Artwork guidelines
Follow these rules and your order goes straight to proof. If your file isn’t ready, our designers can fix it or make it for you.
The four rules
- 3 mm bleed on every side. Backgrounds and images that touch the edge must extend 3 mm past the cut line.
- Safe area: keep text and logos at least 3 mm inside the cut line.
- CMYK colour, not RGB. Screen colours (RGB) print duller.
- 300 dpi for photos and images at their printed size.
File types
Best: PDF with fonts embedded or outlined. We also accept JPG and PNG at 300 dpi. For Illustrator, CorelDRAW or Photoshop files, put them in a ZIP file before uploading.
