Terms & refunds

These terms apply to orders placed on store.designwaves.lk. Please read them before ordering.

Orders and proofs

Every order is checked by our team before printing. We send you a proof, and printing starts only after you approve it. Please check spelling, numbers and layout carefully: once approved, we print exactly what is on the proof.

Prices and payment

Prices are in Sri Lankan Rupees. For orders marked “Pay after we confirm your order”, we confirm the final price with you before printing, and you pay by bank transfer or cash on delivery or pickup as agreed.

Colours

Colours on screen and in print differ slightly, and small variations between print runs are normal.

Delivery and pickup

You can collect your order from our Boralesgamuwa studio or have it delivered. Delivery times are estimates and start after proof approval.

Reprints, refunds and cancellations

If an item is faulty because of our printing, tell us within 7 days with photos and we will reprint it or refund that part of the order. Mistakes in an approved proof are not covered. Orders can be cancelled free of charge before the proof is approved; after printing has started, cancellation may not be possible.
